How it works

Every user has their own area which they enter by logging on

Once logged in they are presented with the main menu that provides access to all the functionality of the system

Access to all functions is also provided by drop-down menus

The first step is to create a mailing list, this can either be uploaded from a PC application such as Excel or created from scratch by typing names and addresses into a simple form.

Once an address list has been set up you create your letters using the built in editor

With an address list and a letter set up you create a campaign that associates an address list with a letter

Once set up your run the campaign

Once the campaign has been run you generate the PDF print file and download it to your PC for printing
